Spending some time at a beach can be a relaxing experience for all of us. However, you need to keep a few things in mind before you head to a beach.



1.Be fit - Playing around at the beach will require lots of physical energy. So you need to stay fit and energetic during your stay at the beach. You can play some interesting games like volleyball,  throw ball or even cricket while you’re with your family and friends at a beach.

2.Be active – Don’t simply laze around on the beach. Instead, play some game, play around in the water, and be active.
